Job description: What you’ll bring to the team:Join the Food and Beverage team at the famous Blackpool Tower!We’re hiring! Whether you’re serving drinks at the top of the Tower, delivering our famous afternoon tea, or keeping things running behind the scenes, this is your chance to be part of the action at one of the UK’s most iconic attractions. We have a variety of roles available across our bars, restaurants and event spaces, including:

• Bar Staff – Craft cocktails, pour pints, and serve guests across multiple bars, from the stylish Bar 380 to the historic Red Lion Tavern.
• Waitstaff – Deliver top-tier service in venues like the Tower Ballroom and Coffee Shop, ensuring guests have an unforgettable experience.
• Kitchen Staff – Help prepare delicious food for events, afternoon teas, and daily service while maintaining high food safety standards.
• Potwash Hosts – Keep our kitchens running smoothly, always ensuring cleanliness and food safety.

No matter the role, you’ll be at the heart of the guest experience, making every visit to The Blackpool Tower truly special!These are seasonal, temporary, fixed term positions. Times of shifts will vary and will include late nights, early mornings, weekends and bank and school holidays. Contracts will start from March and run through to November.Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous experience in bars, events, or hospitality (preferred but not essential).
• A friendly, approachable personality with a proactive attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt to different guest experiences.
• Willingness to work daytime and late-night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Understanding of Challenge 25 and 18 years of age (For bar roles only!)
