Job description: Hi! We’re Smartsourcing, looking for a Floor Plan Drafter who can work with us full-time and on-site ! Where Crown 7 Business Centre, Pope John Paul II Ave, Cebu City, Cebu As a Floor Plan Drafter , you hold a pivotal role in our client’s mission to transform properties into compelling visual narratives. Your meticulous eye for detail and your talent for crafting functional and visually engaging floor plans are the keys to their success. Some of the things we expect you to do are to: Undertake design project from concept to completion. Draft vector-based floorplans from hand-drawn or architectural floorplan sketches. To check the quality and consistency of the drafted floorplans. Produce and deliver a variety of floor plans from provided sketches into Adobe Illustrator format. Convert/translate CAD files and construction drawings into final floor plans in Adobe Illustrator software. Preparation of final Files, file organisation, and file archiving. Quality control in floor plans Working closely with directors to present a final product that matches his or her vision. We would need you to be or have the following: Bachelor’s degree in architecture/interior design, or any related field At least 2 years of experience in a related role Experience in drafting Floor plan designs Advanced Adobe Illustrator Skills Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator and other design programs Creative talent, imagination and eye for design Ability to take and follow directions, while also having a creative eye for improvements Be a part of the Smartsourcing crew!
