• You will actively contribute to product discovery and delivery, collaborating with product, tech, and operations teams.
• You’ll act as the main contact between Kiwi.com and payment partners (including banks, payment card schemes, and FinTech companies), handling daily communication, regular calls, and business reviews to ensure smooth operations.
• Supporting commercial and pricing negotiations, you’ll play a key role in managing partnership agreements.
• You will manage our payment processes with smart routing strategies, ensuring the usage of the most efficient and cost-effective payment solutions tailored to each market and airline.
• You will track, analyze, and report payment transaction data, delivering clear, actionable insights to management and stakeholders.
• You’ll monitor key metrics, implement mitigation plans, and identify opportunities to optimize cost-effectiveness in payment processes.
• You will reconcile payment reports from various partners with our internal records, automate reporting processes, and proactively identify new cost-saving opportunities.
• Working closely with internal teams, including Treasury, Legal, and Engineering, you’ll help to negotiate advantageous business deals and ensure seamless technical integration.

What you will need

• Your previous experience in managing third party communication with commercial partners such as banks and FinTech companies, and understanding how to best negotiate commercial and contractual terms.
• Your expertise in Google Suite tools and MS Excel, along with familiarity working with large amounts of data, will enable you to manage complex analysis and streamline operations, ensuring data quality through third-party solutions.
• Your strong legal, financial, and e-commerce knowledge will enable you to navigate and resolve complex issues related to FinTech operations.
• Your fluency in English will allow you to confidently handle emails, calls, and meetings with business partners, ensuring smooth communication in a global environment.
• Your clear and effective communication skills will help you convey complex ideas and collaborate with a diverse range of teams and stakeholders.
• Strong teamwork qualities will allow you to assist and lead your junior colleagues and create a supportive learning environment within the organization.
