Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center will also host an innovation lab and collaborate with start-ups to develop solutions for productivity optimization, workforce management, loyalty management, payments systems, and more.Sr. analyst, Financial Systems ARCSResponsibilities:System day to day support (70%):

• Ensure all data loads are complete in ARCS with the focus on transaction matching.
• Validate data for completeness & accuracy.
• Administer ARCS for with the focus on transaction matching.
• Create SOP & training documentations.

Project & enhancement (30%):

• Support the manager to improve existing check & validation process for matching. Examples are creating & updating validations files; create ideas on checklist.
• Support the manager in implementing enhancements with the focus on ARCS matching. Examples are creating new adjustment types; creating new match types or rules.
• Performs testing & create testing scripts

Requirements:

• This role will be a hybrid of functional & technical, with focus on functional.
• Basic level of knowledge and / or experience in accounting & transaction matching reconciliations is a must. This can be demonstrated by the ability to explain the process of doing a reconciliation, how a matching reconciliation works, or concept of accounting debits & credits.
• 2+ years of experience working in ARCS or Blackline for transaction matching, excluding ARCS compliance.
• Eager to grow in Oracle EPM career field.
• Have a mindset of solutioning independently.
