Job description: JOB PURPOSE The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and conducting thorough reviews of financial reports for both external and internal stakeholders. This role also involves ensuring compliance with various regulatory requirements, including those from the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Insurance Commission (IC), Philippine Insurance and Reinsurance Association (PIRA), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Financial Reports and Regulatory Compliance. Preparing Financial Statements, Audit Support, Regulatory Compliance, Monitor Covered Transactions, Oversee IC Annual Statement and Assist in PNL Projections. Taxes Management. Review and oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly BIR returns including required Alphalist attachments. Tax assessment support. Retirement Plan. Preparation of Financial Statements; BIR Return Preparation and Compliance and Investment Management. QUALIFICATIONS Candidate must be a BS Accountancy graduate. Must be a CPA. With at least four (4) year experience in taxes, audit, accounting or financial reports. Focus area on tax compliance and financial reporting. Proficient in the use of MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint). Willing to be assigned in our Head Office in Makati City. With keen attention to details Collaborative, Agile and Resourceful Good communication and interpersonal skills With excellent attention to detail, Organizational Savvy and Results oriented
