Job description: Now Hiring: Financial Reporting Specialist | Dubai | Global FintechWe are working with a global fintech company based in Dubai to recruit a Financial Reporting Specialist to join their growing finance team.Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 13,000 – 17,000 per month, plus benefits
Start Date: Immediate / ASAPAbout the Role:
This position plays a vital role in supporting the company’s financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and internal control functions. You will be directly involved in preparing management accounts, regulatory submissions, and supporting licensing-related matters for the Dubai entity. The successful candidate will contribute to enhancing reporting efficiency and ensuring full compliance with UAE financial regulations.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and support financial plans, management accounts, and regulatory reportsConduct reconciliations, variance analysis, and monitor financial performanceMaintain strong internal control systems and ensure compliance with financial policiesAssist in the preparation of statutory returns and auditsLiaise with internal teams and regulatory bodies to support licensing and complianceUse ERP systems and data tools to streamline reporting processes and improve data accuracyCandidate Requirements:A minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a regulated financial institution (e.g., bank, broker, or insurance company) in the UAE – this is a strict requirementIn-depth understanding of UAE financial regulations and reporting obligationsProficiency in IFRS, financial statement preparation, and audit coordinationHands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Flexcube)Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAdvanced Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI or similar tools is a plusWhy Apply:
