Job description: Financial Reporting Manager – Dublin (Hybrid)

  • Location: Dublin, Ireland
  • Salary: 90000-100000 plus package
  • Hybrid– 2 days in office

Your role at a glance:

  • Oversee financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
  • Take ownership of balance sheet and bank reconciliation oversight, ensuring financial integrity.
  • Prepare quarterly reporting packs, providing meaningful insights to inform decision-making.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, enhancing financial operations and reporting efficiency.
  • Work closely with auditors, regulators, and internal finance teams, ensuring smooth audits and compliance.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring skills growth and resilience.
  • Support finance transformation projects.

Qualifications and experience required:

  • Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA) with at least 3 years post-qualification experience.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance accounting, ideally within non-life insurance or financial services.
  • Experience in financial reporting, controls, and regulatory compliance.
