The successful candidate will play a key role in financial planning, budgeting, and reporting, supporting both the West and Central Clusters, and contributing to strategic financial initiatives across the region.Location: London Palace Street

How You Will ContributeFinancial Planning & Reporting

  • Lead the preparation and submission of flash, final, and forecast figures in EPBCS.
  • Manage monthly uploads of headcount, debt, capex, balance sheet, and cash flow data.
  • Coordinate budgeting and forecasting cycles, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Provide visibility on long-term cash forecasts by legal entity.
  • Support financial statement preparation for the Logistics business.

Cluster & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Provide financial support to the West and Central Clusters.
  • Coordinate with business units on transfer pricing for Logistics entities.
  • Communicate and align budgeting rounds with stakeholders across Logistics and Clusters.
  • Respond to BPC-related reporting and analysis requests.

Systems & Data Management

  • Perform data validation and cost center mapping for EPBCS-related projects.
  • Reconcile BPC and EPBCS data and prepare ad hoc reports as needed.
  • Play an active role in the regional EPBCS implementation.
  • Support I28 projects from a budgeting and reporting perspective.

Cost Allocation & Compliance

  • Calculate charge-in/charge-out based on cost allocation models.
  • Communicate and report charge-in/charge-out accruals.
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS and internal financial standards.

What You Will Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • Professional accounting certification preferred (e.g., DipIFR, CPA, ACCA).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate budgeting, financial reporting, and accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS, intercompany transactions, and cost allocation.
  • Hands-on experience with BPC and EPBCS; ERP experience (SAP or Oracle) is a plus.
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
