This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate financial management, compliance, and reporting across industries. INTECH’s commitment to financial excellence ensures you will play a critical role in optimizing financial performance while maintaining stringent control over accounting practices.Our Finance and Accounts services demonstrate our commitment to maintaining financial integrity, ensuring smooth financial operations, and supporting decision-making processes.What You’ll Lead and Deliver

• Prepare Monthly / Quarterly financial statements of the Company Stand alone and Consolidated, under the IFRS and local GAAP and ensure annual tax and statutory compliances.
• Ensure annual financial and tax compliance including filing of statutory returns and coordination with regulatory bodies.
• Monitor changes in tax laws and accounting standards and implement necessary adjustments in reporting processes.
• Maintain accurate listings and reconciliations across finance functions (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Treasury, and Tax).
• Collaborate with internal teams and global finance counterparts to ensure alignment with local and international financial requirements.
• Deal with external audits of the Company and ensure all audit queries are addressed promptly.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and improve accounting processes and systems.
• Prepare and maintain transfer pricing documentation, workings, and intercompany invoices as per OECD Guidelines and internal agreements.

• Fresh CA Finalist / ACCA Qualified (with articles).
• 4 – 5 years of experience (including articles) in Audit and Financial Reporting.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of IFRS. Should have strong will to learn new laws for filing of local companies worldwide. Strong knowledge of Excel and BI.
• Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail. Should have Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and issues.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• High level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential information.
