Job description: Are you detail-oriented, great with numbers, and ready to grow your career in finance? We are looking for a junior Financial Reporting and Analysis Specialist.What You’ll Do:

• Analyze Financial Data: Collect, check, and combine sales and financial info.
• Support Closings: Help with month-end and year-end activities.
• Budget & Forecast: Assist in creating budgets and forecasts by reviewing financial data.
• Improve Processes: Spot issues, suggest fixes, and make reporting smoother.
• Assist Teams: Answer financial data questions and provide useful insights.
• Create Reports: Build dashboards and automate reporting to save time.
• Special Projects: Work on extra tasks to add value and boost team efficiency.

Požadujeme: What We’re Looking For:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• MS Excel knowledge.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar.
• 1-3 years of experience in finance or reporting.
• Good understanding of accounting and financial principles.
• Fluent in English.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with tools like Power BI.
• Background in international or multicultural work environments.
