Job description: As part of the Global Data Team, you will develop in close collaboration with the IT team BI Planning-solutions for the whole organization and manage complex cross-functional projects to support a data driven business strategy.You act within a highly strategic environment as our projects affect all entities & business units worldwide alongside a very integrated finance planning process, where many dependencies have to be taken into consideration.We are looking for a Finance Planning Data & Process developer with technical affinity and hands-on mentality. With your profound understanding of financial planning processes as well as technical solutions and tools, you will translate business and process requirements to functional concepts as a basis for the technical implementation. You act as a key player to drive business process improvements as well as support one of our biggest project in the upcoming years, the transition of our financial planning tool landscape towards a new, future proven solution. RESPONSIBILITIESAreas that play to your strengthsAll the responsibilities we’ll trust you with: Expand allDEVELOP FINANCE PLANNING-RELATED SYSTEM BASED CONCEPTS AND PROCESSESCollect, analyze and document finance planning-related requirements from different finance/controlling departments in the area of P&L, COGS, Balance sheet, Cash flow and quantity of goods and align requirements cross-functionally with other business teams. Act as a translator between business and IT and transform the requirements with focus on high quality into technically detailed, system-based concepts, which can be used as basis for the technical implementation (BSS – Business Scope Statements). As a sparring partner you discuss and align these concepts and processes with all stakeholders on business and IT side.PROJECT MANAGEMENTDefine work packages and a project plan in close alignment with IT. Follow up on the achievement of milestones during the project phases, document them in our project management tools and make sure that deadlines are met. Set the right priorities and communicate pro-actively with all involved parties, identify bottlenecks and find alternatives to remove roadblocks. Prepare together with the data process governance team, business and IT the cut over plan for the go-live.PROJECT MEMBER – NEXT GENERATION OF FINANCE PLANNINGYou will be an active project member within our biggest projects for the upcoming years – shaping the new finance planning process & technical setup for the whole Red Bull Group. Within this multi-year initiative starting 2025 you will be able to work from the beginning on the technological transition of our finance planning processes towards a new solution. You will be able to gain a lot of knowledge and insights by being actively involved in different tasks of this big initiative.TESTING AND DOCUMENTATIONGuarantee a high quality of the technical implementations by setting up efficient testing concepts and processes. Conduct the testing initiatives and the quality assurance. Provide training, documentation and final handover to the data process governance team.SUPPORTProvide 2nd level support for the newly developed solutionsEXPERIENCEYour areas of knowledge and expertisethat matter most for this role:

  • Minimum of 3 years working experience in the Business Intelligence area with project involvement, ideally gained as a Controller, IT Consultant, Business Consultant, Business Analyst or Requirement engineer
  • Advanced level of Microsoft Excel/Word/PowerPoint skills as well as project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence and Workfront
  • Solid controlling/accounting background and understanding of financial processes
  • Ability to understand complex processes, identify risks and find solutions
  • High attention to detail with excellent organizational and analytical skills and the capability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders
  • Team player, self-motivated, goal-oriented, flexible and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Travel 0-10%
