We’re looking for a financial planning and reporting analyst within our Global FP&A, Commercial & Pricing Team.
We are a high-performing team of senior Commercial and FP&A managers, dedicated to enabling smarter, faster decision-making across the business.Our goal is to surface the most relevant financial, operational, and market insights to help stakeholders unlock growth and deliver the best outcomes for LMI. We’re on a journey to elevate commercial thinking across the organisation—turning data into action, strategy into results.Skills and experience you’ll need:
You’ll bring a strong analytical mindset and a passion for turning data into actionable insights. To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be comfortable working across functions, managing multiple priorities, and communicating financial concepts in a clear and engaging way. A natural collaborator, you’ll enjoy using your commercial acumen to support decision-making in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.You will ideally need experience in the following:
– Financial planning, analysis, and reporting, including budgeting and forecasting
– Building financial models and conducting variance and performance analysis
– Using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau to extract and present insights
– Working cross-functionally with stakeholders across Finance, Sales, and Marketing
– Translating complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for decision-makersAbout Les Mills International:
