Job description: General Duties and Responsibilities Developing, administering, and analyzing budget and its controls Defining financial situation by completing quantitative analysis. Monitoring organizational spending to ensure that it is within budget Assisting in checking accounting records and identifies trends that may help or hurt the company Initially reviewing proposed budget submissions from department managers and business unit heads for accuracy and completeness. Examining and evaluating the cost-efficiency of each department of the company Preparing comparative results against budgets and forecasts and variance reports on regular basis Coordinating cash advance updates to concerned business units Facilitating CAPEX requests and acquisitions endorsed to the department for signature Evaluating optional plans by identifying outcomes and potential returns Educational Attainment Graduate of Finance, Accounting or any related field Work Experience 2 years of work experience related to duties and responsibilities stated above Skills Required Previous experience in the monthly close process Strong technical finance or accounting knowledge Proficient in SAP or other related application Experience in development of meaningful and insightful reports for management and in annual departmental planning
