Now, they are looking for an FP&A Manager to join their dynamic team and growth their business to another higher level. Your new role We are seeking a skilled FP&A Manager to oversee and manage the financial operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with IFRS / US GAAP standards, provide accurate financial reporting, and drive key budgeting and forecasting processes to support business growth. Oversee the finance function, including financial planning and analysis, tax oversight, closing monitoring, payment support, and distributor management. Act as a business partner, providing financial insights and challenges to support decision-making and strategic planning. Prepare quarterly financial forecasts, annual budgets, and long-term (5-year) scenario planning. Monitor actual financial performance, ensuring timely entries, variance analysis, and commentary for internal and regional stakeholders. Support product brands with revenue forecasting, opex planning, pricing analysis, and business case preparation to improve patient access. Ensure compliance with financial policies, tax reporting, vendor payment targets, and distributor billing settlements. Drive process improvements, system implementations, and automation in financial processes, including SAP, Ariba, and Concur testing. Manage financial systems (Hyperion, Anaplan), internal control verifications, external audits, and cash operations for liquidity management. What you’ll need to succeed Must have chartered qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, CIMA etc. Strong knowledge and experience with IFRS / US GAAP reporting. Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A specialization. Proficient in financial systems and MS Excel. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
