The role involves …For our client, a fast-growing international healthcare group focused on providing high-quality fertility treatments, we are searching for a Financial Planning and Analysis Associate to support their continued regional growth via financial planning, data analysis and business strategy. The role involves working with the Turkish team from Prague (with occasional travel to Turkey), reporting to the Head of FP&A and collaborating with and supporting multiple stakeholders.Popis Pracovní PoziceMain responsibilities:

• Analysing financial and business data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Prepare reports and models in Excel and/or Power BI to support decision-making.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
• Work with Turkish clinic staff to collect and understand local data.
• Help develop tools and systems for better data management (ERP, CRM, etc.).
• Track performance and KPIs and forecast future results.
• Recommend changes that could improve regional operations or profitability.

PožadujemeRequirements:

• 3-5 years’ experience in a similar finance/analyst role.
• Strong financial and analytical skills – not purely accounting-focused, but business-focused.
• Excellent communication skills – able to explain insights confidently and clearly.
• Fluency in Turkish and English (the Turkish team mostly speaks Turkish only).
• Very good Excel skills (Power BI or SQL experience would be advantageous).
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or a similar field (Master’s/MBA advantageous).
• Experience of working with stakeholders at different levels.
