Job description: FP&A Business PartnerFull-Time – Hybrid – CorkJob Description:Morgan McKinley have an exciting opportunity for an FP&A Business Partner to join the finance team of our client, a global company in Cork.As the FP&A Business Partner, you will lead the financial planning and analysis function in addition to managing the budgeting and forecasting processes. This role will incorporate Financial Planning, Business Partnering and Reporting and Analysis.The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with strong analytical skills and commercial acumen. A team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to develop strong business relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Duties:

• Responsible for financial planning and analysis across several departments

• Annual business planning and budgeting processes

• Providing financial analysis and guidance on all activities, plans, targets and business drivers

• Reporting and Analysis

• Provide financial modelling and analysis expertise to business partners

• Participate in lead projects

• Track and report on project progress

• Set out key deliverables and financial targets

Qualifications:

• Qualified Accountant (ACCA/ACA/CPA/CIMA)

• 3+ years Relevant PQE
