• Assist in preparing the MBR pack. Develop and implement effective company-wide and divisional reporting.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.
• Analyse financial and operational performance, evaluate key SaaS metrics, and provide data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize business outcomes.
• Conduct ad hoc financial analysis for strategic decision-making, including scenario analysis and sensitivity modelling to assess financial and operational risks.
• Support due diligence process for potential investments or business transactions.
• Review and refine existing processes to drive continuous improvement.
• Leverage BI tools (Alteryx, Power BI, SQL) to develop and enhance reporting and analytics.
• Ensures compliance with ELMO’s information security privacy policies and procedures.

Desired Skills and ExperienceDesired Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field (CA/CPA/ACCA preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, financial modelling, or corporate finance, preferably in a SaaS or tech company.
• Proven experience in financial modelling, forecasting, and data analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, experience with financial software and data visualization tools (Netsuite, Alteryx, Power BI, SQL preferred).
