Job description: Validates settlement transactions and ensures accurate classification in reconciled financial reports.Leads the organization’s budgeting and forecasting activities, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.Develops comprehensive financial models for business cases to evaluate both revenue and cost impacts.Analyzes and monitors financial performance, providing insightful reports to senior leadership.Supports month-end closing activities, including sales incentive computations, recording and analyzing department-specific expenses, and preparation of board-level reports.Collaborates with the management team in creating presentation materials primarily used by the CEO for meetings with the Business Leadership Team, Board Members, and business partners.Facilitates regular business reviews with the BLT, presenting financial analyses to identify key risks and growth opportunities.Provides financial analysis and modeling support across departments and functional teams.Acts as a liaison with external stakeholders, such as auditors and shareholders, addressing finance-related queries and concerns.Enhances efficiency by designing and implementing automated tools for accounting and financial analysis.Supports company initiatives by participating in trainings, audits, and special projects; performs ad hoc tasks as needed and contributes to continuous improvement efforts aligned with organizational goals and values.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accountancy, or a related field.Master’s degree in Business Management or relevant financial certifications is preferred.Certification as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) is an advantage.Five to eight (5-8) years of proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, planning, and forecasting.
