In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality performance analysis and insights that support decision-making across the Group. You’ll play a key role in evaluating business performance, identifying trends, and translating complex data into actionable insights that drive success.Your new roleLead the delivery of Group management results, ensuring alignment with internal and external reporting requirementsPartner with divisional Finance and business teams to understand underlying performance trends and ensure alignment with Group Performance ObjectivesAnalyse performance trends, identify key risks and opportunities, and translate findings into strategic insights for inform decision-makingBuild strong relationships with Group Senior stakeholders to shape reporting that evolves with the business needsChampion continuous improvement in analytics, reporting processes and data quality to deliver high-impact reports and dashboards to drive operational efficienciesProvide coaching and mentoring to analyst, supporting their professional growth and career developmentAbout youExperienced in Financial Services or Corporate Finance, ideally within the insurance sectorAnalytical thinker with a structured approach to solving complex problemsStrong communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate across teamsAdaptable and hands-on, comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentTechnically proficient in finance, accounting, or actuarial analysisDetail-oriented with a passion for turning data into meaningful insightsAbout QBEWe can never really predict what’s around the corner, but at QBE we’re asking the right questions to enable a more resilient future – helping those around us build strength and embrace change to their advantage.
