Job title: Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

Job description: Key Responsibilities:
1.Lead the financial planning and analysis process for the region, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
2.Responsible for book closing as well as preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to regional management. Drive corporate accounting and develop MIS to cater to both local business needs and overseas monthly reporting.
3.Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to drive business growth and profitability.
4.Drive operating efficiency through review of operating expenses, budgets, etc.
5.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies and initiatives.
6.Drive operating efficiency, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress against financial goals.
7.Conduct variance analysis and identify areas for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.

9.Financial & Capital Planning of the Business.
10.Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies and procedures. Responsible for coordinating internal and statutory audits.
11.Provide financial guidance and support to regional management and other stakeholders, coordinating with various departments for budget, forecast of Revenue & Capital Expenses.Requirements
1.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CIMA preferred.
2.Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in multinational manufacturing or consumer goods industry.
3.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
4.Excellent communication and presentation skills.
5.Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting tools.
6.Advanced knowledge of Excel and financial software (e.g., SAP, BPC).
7.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
8.Strong leadership and team management skills.
