This position will help drive commercial success, by optimising financial planning, leveraging data-driven insights, and shaping strategic decision-making to maximise growth and profitability.The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager will take a forward-looking role in financial analysis, forecasting, strategic planning, and trend evaluation.As a key business partner, you will collaborate closely with senior leadership, including the CEO, to leverage data to develop financial models and provide insights that inform future business decisions. You will also be involved in optimising financial processes, building out internal reporting structures, and ensuring accurate financial planning for the company’s future growth.Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading financial planning and analysis, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Building and maintaining financial models to support strategic decision-making for the Group.
  • Monitoring, forecasting, and analysing key SaaS financial metrics (ARR, MRR, CAC, LTV) to assess performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Contribute to developing internal processes for budgeting, forecasting, and financial compliance.
  • Supporting the CFO, CEO, and senior leaders with insights and recommendations.

About You:The successful candidate will be a strong communicator with an inquisitive mind; eager to explore, identify opportunities and present complex financial information to various stakeholders. Strong stakeholder engagement skills are essential, and ideally, you will have the credibility to influence at the executive level.You will deliver efficiently in a fast-paced environment that is a progressive and market-leading business, leveraging insights to drive informed decision-making.
You will be a highly analytical and strategic thinker, with a proven ability to take a proactive approach to identifying areas for financial optimisation.A solid background in financial planning and analysis is key. While experience in a SaaS environment is preferred, we also welcome candidates with backgrounds in professional or financial services with the ability to learn SaaS business models and industry trends quickly.We are ideally looking some someone who has the following:

  • Relevant accounting qualification.
  • 7-10 years of experience in financial management.
  • Ability to independently build financial models, analyse trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong skills in Excel, financial software, and reporting tools (e.g., Xero, Fathom, Maxio).
  • Experience collaborating with senior leaders and influencing decision-making.
  • Understands SaaS financial metrics and can translate complex financial data into strategic recommendations (preferred).
  • Understands the workings of being a publicly listed company and the associated financial governance requirements (preferred).
