Job description: 1. Providing financial support to China ABCAM and LS China platform as well as ABCAM JPAC management team, providing up to date analysis in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, operating expenses and capital expenditures, etc.2. Providing strategic support to the China and JPAC management team with in-depth analysis on business opportunities, business planning, as well as strategic planning in deployment and/or investments.3. Managing China and JPAC financial performance in ensuring regional and corporate objectives are met while ensuring the continued and future growth of the region.4. Maintain a minimal monthly review process with China and JPAC management team, including the publishing of monthly flash reports to key stakeholders.5. Co-ordinate the financial forecast, annual operating planning exercise, as well as quarterly/monthly business reviews to ensure timely and accurate deliveries of required milestones.6. Help the China and JPAC management in preparing the commission / bonus / rebate calculation for those entitled associates annually / quarterly. Review and analyze all the existing and newly requested SPIFF programs, help the management to make decisions regarding SPIFF.7. Perform month-end close activities and related variance analysis and reporting.8. Drive continuous improvements and automation of reporting and business / financial processes.9. Work closely with cross functions to drive working capital improvement, especially on AR collection and DSO, Inventory turns and DPO etc.10. Serve as finance business partner to the Abcam JPAC commercial team, responsibility including capex spending approval, etc.11.
