Job Description:
We are looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join our client’s team. As the FP&A Manager, you will drive the business forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis processes. You’ll provide strategic financial insights to support growth and profitability. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of financial management principles and a proven track record in process improvement.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models for decision-making.
• Analyse financial data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with teams to align financial plans with strategic goals.
• Lead monthly financial reporting with variance analysis.

Required Skills/Experience:

• 1-2 years post-accounting qualification.
• Expertise in financial modelling and analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
