ALDI Good Different.About the RoleAn exciting opportunity for an Analyst has become available within the Financial & Analysis team within the National Finance & Administration department of ALDI Stores, based in Minchinbury. This is a permanent full-time position.The FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis) team are responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and analysing financial performance to support strategic decision-making. They provide insights and recommendations that help drive efficiency and profitability.What does the role look like?

• Conduct period-end activities
• Prepare financial forecasting, including the provision of insights, trends and key drivers to enhance business performance
• Partner with stakeholders to provide financial support on business strategy and annual budgets for the business
• Report and analyse actuals against budgets and forecasts, providing in-depth insights into performance
• Liaise with international finance teams to support with global financial objectives of the business
• Provide support in process improvement projects

What do we need from youWhat do we need from you?

• Degree and CA/CPA qualified desirable (or working towards)
• Commerce/Accounting/Business or related Degree
• Strong analytical capabilities and proficient in utilising various reporting tools to analyse data – such as Excel & Tableau
• Proven organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills with the ability to clearly and effectively communicate across various levels of the business
• Previous FP&A and commercial analysis experience highly regarded

Remuneration

• Transparent tiered salary range of $139,200 – $158,800 including Superannuation.
