Job description: A Financial Planning & Business Partner is needed to provide financial support and analysis for strategic decision making within the Technology industry. The role is based near Weybridge and will involve working closely with various departments to ensure financial objectives are met.

• Providing financial support and analysis for strategic decision making.
• Liaising with various departments to ensure financial objectives are met.
• Preparing and presenting financial reports to senior management.
• Participating in financial planning and budgeting processes.
• Identifying financial risks and opportunities within the organisation.
• Assisting in the implementation of financial systems and processes.

• Qualified Accountant ACA/ACCA, QBE may be considered.
• Proven experience in financial planning and business partnering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Power BI experience is a plus.
• Strong systems experience, including creating customised reports within FPA reporting tools (oracle and Hyperion preferred).
• A thorough understanding of financial regulations and standards.
