Job description: Financial Planning & Analysis: . Maintain financial models, forecast and budgets to support business planning . Maintain actuals reporting . Develop and maintain monthly investor report analytics . Develop, prepare and maintain forward-looking forecasts and financial stress-testing scenario . Develop and maintain variance analysis to compare actuals vs. forecasts, identifying key drivers and trends . Maintain liquidity projection models, forecasts and budgets to support business cost efficiency . Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial management information packs Performance Monitoring & Reporting: . Track KPIs and financial metrics . Design and establish dashboards and reporting tools to enhance financial performance visibility . Preparing of Board of Director information packs Finance Business Partnering & Reporting . Collaborate with global finance and market-level department heads to support cost efficiency and growth strategies . Performance ad-hoc analyses, simulations and impact assessments to help guide senior management decision making . Liaising with local markets in order to monitor local liquidity and expenditure (historical, accounts payable and future expectations) . Maintain local market loan management systems (currently Excel based) . Maintain and product monthly investor reports for local SPV structures Process Improvements & Strategic Projects: . Assist in identifying opportunities to improve the efficiency in financial processes and reporting .
