Job description: Job Category: Accounting & FinanceJob Description:The OpportunityAs the Financial & Reporting Analyst, you’ll support the team by developing dashboards, financial reports, and data models that inform business decisions. You’ll leverage Oracle EPM, Oracle Analytics Cloud Service (OACS), and Excel to deliver reporting solutions, while also collaborating with stakeholders across Finance and wider business to continuously improve data accuracy and process efficiency.This role would suit a technically strong analyst with expertise in Business Intelligence tools, who has a passion for turning complex financial data into actionable insights.Key responsibilities:

  • Design and develop dashboards and reports using OACS, SmartView, Excel, Power Query, and other BI tools.
  • Contribute to the preparation of Board papers, group reporting, and ad hoc analysis.
  • Prepare visual presentations of financial data for senior stakeholders
  • Perform financial analysis and provide actionable insights
  • Manage and improve financial data processes and models
  • Ensure data integrity through effective ETL and data governance practices
  • Provide functional support for Oracle EPBCS, PCMCS, and related tools
  • Collaborate with external vendors on OACS & EPM enhancements and issue resolution
  • Stay current with reporting trends and Oracle EPM best practices

About You:

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Analytics or related field
  • 3+ years in consulting or in a financial analytics role in a large organisation
  • CA/CPA qualified or working towards
  • Proficient in planning systems, OACS, or other BI/reporting platforms
  • Strong financial modelling skills with the ability to quickly adapt and learn new systems
  • Skilled in ETL, data visualisation, and front-end scripting to develop complex reports (e.g., SQL, Python)
  • Strong communicator with the ability to simplify complex data for stakeholders
  • Experience in systems and reporting implementation is highly desirable
