Job description: The primary role of the SME is to be the lead resource person in the ERP Project Implementation and Post Implementation Support. This will cover Planning, Business Requirements Gathering, Guidance on the UAT, Supervision on the roll out activities such as Training and finally Functional Support after implementation. Expertise and Guidance: Provide in-depth knowledge and insights on ERP financial management and material management modules. Serve as the primary point of contract for troubleshooting system-related issues and inquiries. A lot of the discussions will involve, but not limited to, process design, workflows, forms, internal controls, organizational structures, Standard Operating Procedures, culture, technology, among others. Lead the Core Group of SMEs from the hospitals in discussing functional direction, issues and concerns Provide Sign Off to documents and milestones of project On Data Management Identifying data sources of the master data being discussed. Data Analysis, if necessary. Reviewing the completeness and accuracy of data before signing off. Resolving any issues that may arise concerning the data accuracy and completeness. System Implementation and Maintenance: Lead the configuration, testing and implementation of ERP system changes Identify process improvements and system enhancements to support business needs Determine functional requirements through analysis of current and desired processes. Provide the Level 2 Support on Post Implementation (Level 1 Support is covered by the hospital IT) Documentation and Training: Develop and maintain detailed documentation of ERP processes and configurations Create training materials and conduct user training sessions on ERP system changes Collaboration and Support: Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure the accuracy and relevance of content Assist junior team members in identifying root causes, developing solutions, and implementing fixes Strategic Planning: Participate in project planning and execution to ensure alignment with project specifications and standards Provide functional leadership and strategic direction to achieve team objectives effectively Qualifications: Educational Background: A degree in business, accounting, information systems, or a related discipline Experience: Extensive experience with ERP systems Proven track record of implementing and optimizing ERP systems in a business environment. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and training abilities Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders Strong leadership skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: Php70,000.00 – Php90,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid training Schedule: 8 hour shift Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary Overtime pay Experience: ERP systems: 2 years (Preferred) SME Supply Chain: 2 years (Preferred) SME Finance: 2 years (Preferred)
