• Monthly management reporting and analysis for a portfolio of properties
• Strategic commercial insights and analysis to ensure targets are met
• Forecasting
• Budgeting
• Business partnering with property and asset managers
• Portfolio level reporting and analysis
• Involvement with the acquisition and disposal of properties

You will be CA/CPA qualified or studying and ideally have 2+ years previous Management Accounting experience with exposure to leases (retail, office or industrial assets) or have a strong management accounting background in a complex business. In addition you will have strong commercial acumen, excellent business partnering abilities, an adaptable approach and an innovative mindset.Please send your resume to quoting reference CD13484.
