With a strong focus on AML, they are responsible for the design and implementation of a training program supporting talent development and ensuring employees are well-equipped to meet strategic and operational goals.Leading a team of financial crime specialists and reporting to the Business Excellence Lead – Control, the FCTM Talent Manager will drive staff readiness across multiple jurisdictions, ensure appropriate accreditation, and create pathways for continuous learning ensuring staff are equipped to perform their roles. The position is focused on ensuring conformance to established procedures and achieving consistent operational excellence.Role Location: Melbourne
