The Financial Controller is responsible for the complete management of the company’s financial and accounting operations. He plays a key role in the preparation of financial statements, process optimization, financial performance analysis and compliance with accounting standards. He works closely with management to support the company’s growth and profitability.– Oversee all accounting operations, including monthly and annual closing.
– Implement and improve accounting processes to ensure efficient and accurate data.
– Manage cash and cash flow to optimize liquidity and funding needs.
– Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts and variance analyses.
– Produce detailed financial reports and KPIs to support decision-making.
– Identify opportunities to optimize costs and improve margins.
– Participate in the financial evaluation of new products, markets and potential acquisitions.
– Implement strong internal controls to prevent financial and accounting risks.
– Improve the automation and efficiency of financial processes through ERP software and reporting tools.
– Optimize the integration between accounting tools and SaaS platforms (CRM, invoicing, subscription management, etc.)Qualifications
– Degree in accounting, finance or related field (CPA or in the process of obtaining a diploma is an asset).
– Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in accounting/finance
– Strong understanding of accounting standards
– Proficiency in ERP systems and financial analysis software
– Experience in team management and financial process improvement.Summary
