- Salary: $190,000 – $200,000 + Superannuation

Role Profile:This position is not just about numbers—it’s about driving financial excellence and business outcomes. You’ll oversee a focused finance team and foster a high-performing culture rooted in continuous improvement. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Corporate Reporting: Leading month-end close, management reporting, and cash flow forecasting.
- Taxation Leadership: Manage tax compliance and planning, ensuring accurate filings and adherence to regulations. Partner with advisors to optimise tax outcomes and provide strategic insights on business decisions.
- Strategic Oversight: Handling treasury, risk management, and budgeting while ensuring robust financial controls and processes.
- Support Asset Management: Work with Asset Managers to review performance, cashflows, and the balance sheet for property assets and support acquisitions or disposals with due diligence and financial modelling.
- Financial Modelling: Develop robust financial models to support development proposals, feasibility analyses, and valuations, providing actionable insights to drive informed decision-making.
- Leadership: Mentoring and developing the finance team to achieve excellence.
The role also requires interstate and international travel, providing a unique opportunity to engage with stakeholders across borders.Success Candidate Profile:We are seeking a seasoned finance professional who exemplifies leadership and emotional intelligence. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- Experience & Expertise: A background in Big 4 or similar environments, transitioning into group reporting roles within asset management or real estate sectors.
Expected salary: $190000 – 210000 per year
