• Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee consolidated and local financial reporting, ensuring compliance with IFRS and US GAAP. Lead implementation and training for new standards.
• Develop and maintain internal controls and standardized processes to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings and efficiency.
• Drive process improvements and manage onboarding of newly acquired entities. Implement SOX-compliant SOPs.
• Lead and manage the finance outsourcing platform, ensuring quality, control, and timely deliverables.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team.
• Manage relationships with external auditors and contribute to internal audit processes.

Your Profile

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CA, CPA, or equivalent certification required.
• At least 15 years of financial management experience, including 8+ years in a leadership role within a multinational financial services environment.
• Expertise in financial consolidation and reporting systems, with strong SAP and Excel skills.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge, leadership abilities, and attention to detail.
• High ethical standards and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
