With over 2,500 staff & 400 locations in CZ. It is going through a large transformation of its business and modernization, including; IT, Finance, Sales / Digital, Operations.Do you have experience with data analysis and interpretation and do you want to be part of a dynamic environment in a developing company? We are looking for a Finance-Business analyst to join our team, who will help us effectively manage our growth and bring key analytical insights to support our decision-making.Key duties >>
- Reporting on results / presentation to Head of Finance & CFO / and GM.
- Analysis of results – assess/review the revenues performance / identify some trends / provide some insights perhaps / where profitability can be improved.
- Costs management – keep an eye on costs / operations efficiency .
- Forecasting / Planning & Analysis.
- Participate in budget process.
- Monitor market trends / develop recommendations.
- Model market development / highlight potential risks & opportunities.
- Analyze internal / external data & create meaningful conclusions.
- Detailed analysis of sales / costs of individual operations & product categories.
- Improve & automate reports & analytical tools for more efficient work with data.
- Prepare business cases for new projects & streamline processes.
- Work on projects aimed at increasing turnover.
- Evaluating the success of marketing activities & recommending their optimization.
Profile needed >>
- University education – in finance, economics, accounting ideally.
- 2-4/5 years exp in controlling / finance analysis / FP&A.
- Good financial acumen / enjoys being around numbers / analytical minded.
- Some knowledge of Power BI (or similar) is welcome.
- Have a good attitude / positive minded.
- Able to deal with imperfect environment (over short term).
- Good communication skills.
- Czech/Slovak native & good English is welcomed.
