In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing liquidity management, cash flow forecasting, receivables collection, and treasury operations. You will play a key role in ensuring the financial health of the organization by providing accurate reporting, supporting decision-making, and contributing to strategic financial planning. This position offers the opportunity to work in an international environment and collaborate across departments to optimize financial performance.Key Responsibilities
- Lead liquidity planning and reporting to ensure accurate visibility over current and future cash positions.
- Oversee group cash consolidation, including reconciliation of intercompany positions to maintain smooth liquidity across all entities.
- Manage treasury operations, including short-term investments and cash flow optimization.
- Monitor and support invoice collection, working closely with the billing team to ensure timely receivables.
- Contribute actively to the forecasting process, ensuring financial projections reflect operational realities.
- Provide support to the controlling team on various ad-hoc projects, such as business case evaluations, margin analysis, and process documentation.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field. A professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or CTP is considered a strong asset.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Financial Controller or similar role, ideally within an international or multi-entity organization.
- Demonstrated desire to grow and take on increasing responsibilities within the role.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and present financial insights clearly.
- Solid experience with financial systems and ERP tools; ability to adapt to new technologies.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in financial modeling.
- Highly organized, capable of working independently, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of German or Czech is a plus.
- Candidates must declare Criminal record extract not older than three months.
