We are seeking a strategic, meticulous, and strong-leadership Financial Controller to join our growing finance team. Reporting directly to the General Manager of Finance & Commercial Operations, this pivotal role will safeguard the organisation’s financial health, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting. As a key leadership position within a close to $200M turnover business, the role offers high visibility across the organisation and includes a dotted-line reporting relationship to their US-based head office.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process
• Prepare and analyse financial statements in accordance with GAAP
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives
• Drive process improvements and automation within the finance function

• Provide strong, supportive leadership to a team of 10-14 accounting staff, overseeing their work while fostering professional growth through ongoing training and development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred
• Minimum 10 years of progressive in Financial Controlling/Finance Partnering and or Corporate Finance
• Demonstrated experience in developing & managing financial reporting process.
• Proven leadership and team management success
• An expertise in ERP systems and Excel is essential
• Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills
