• Lead group-level financial reporting, annual budgeting and long-term capital allocation;
• Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
• Work closely with the China team to align financial strategies and reporting processes.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for profit improvements.
• Optimize cross-border cash flow, design hedging strategies for currency exposure and manage inter-company transactions.
• Build and mentor finance teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
• Drive process standardization and improvements across entities to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is required.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Group finance roles (Greater China experience preferred); experience in the E-commerce industry is a plus.
• Deep knowledge of HKFRS, US GAAP, and PRC GAAP; familiarity with Hong Kong Profits Tax and Mainland VAT
• Excellent analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Fluent in both written and spoken Mandarin and English.
• Required to travel to Shenzhen 2-3 days per week.
