With our commitment to increase penetration in an underserved hearing care market, we want to accelerate our business transformation in order to reach more people, more effectively.We are seeking a Finance Controller to oversee financial controls, including month-end reviews, variance analysis, and stakeholder collaboration, to ensure accurate reporting and compliance. This role manages regulatory and financial reporting while ensuring adherence to policies and controls. The candidate should have demonstrated finance control experience and strong stakeholder management skills.What you will do

• Oversee business-as-usual financial controlling, including month-end reviews, variance investigations, and collaboration with the business services team in Manila and Group Accounting to ensure accurate monthly close activities;
• Ensure adherence to policies and procedures, review and approve balance sheet reconciliations, address discrepancies, and escalate issues to Group Accounting when necessary;
• Manage external reporting requirements, including submissions to the Danish National Bank, intrastat reporting, VAT reporting, and other financial disclosures;
• Collaborate with external auditors and internal teams (e.g., HR, Operations, IT) to support local and group audits, ensuring timely financial statement preparation and regulatory compliance

What you bringExperience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or other related disciplines;
• 3 years of experience in finance controlling; with prior experience in audit would be an added advantage;
• Good understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS);
• Demonstrated skills in interpersonal relationship management and internal & external stakeholder management.
