You’ll become part of our Group Reporting team, consisting of four dedicated colleagues re-sponsible for preparing BESTSELLER’s consolidated financial statements. While working closely with your teammates, you’ll also be part of BESTSELLER’s Core Finance Team, which comprises 35 colleagues managing the financials of BESTSELLER’s Danish entities, including the parent company, BESTSELLER A/S.YOUR ROLE
In this role, you will take ownership of planning, preparing, and developing the process for BESTSELLER’s consolidated financial statements. You will ensure the highest quality in the quarterly and annual financial reporting for more than 120 international entities within the group. You’ll foster collaboration and work to develop and implement shared principles and processes for external reporting across BESTSELLER. Moreover, you’ll be a part of bridging the gap between our internal reporting and external financial statements.Your tasks will among others include:

• Develop and ensure accurate quarterly consolidated reporting.
• Initiate and facilitate a global community focusing on external reporting.
• Prepare external financial statements for the BESTSELLER Group.
• Document workflows to support and ensure a well-functioning internal control envi-ronment.
• Handle mergers and acquisitions, including responsibility for due diligence processes and creating efficient procedures.
• Maintain strong communication with group auditors on a global level.
• Identify and implement development initiatives related to internal and external re-porting across the group.

YOUR PROFILE
You are structured, quality-conscious, and skilled at planning and prioritizing tasks. With a strong financial understanding, you enjoy solving complex challenges. You are goal-oriented, persistent, and take ownership of your work, presenting new solutions constructively. A team player at heart, you are also comfortable working independently and navigating the interface between the department and internal stakeholders across BESTSELLER’s global organization.In addition, we’re looking for the following qualifications:

• A relevant degree, such as HD or cand.merc.aud.
• Background in auditing.
• In-depth knowledge of group financial statements and their preparation.
• Familiarity with consolidation tools.
• Advanced IT skills, with expert proficiency in Excel.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
