Job Description Financial Planning and Analysis: Design and execute detailed financial plans, budgets, and forecasts. Evaluate financial performance and identify areas for improvement. Financial Reporting: Manage the preparation of precise and timely financial statements, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. Cash Flow Management: Enhance cash flow by optimizing working capital and implementing effective treasury strategies. Risk Management: Detect, evaluate, and mitigate financial risks to safeguard the company’s assets. Internal Controls: Develop and enforce strong internal controls to ensure adherence to financial regulations and company policies. ERP Implementation: Lead and facilitate the implementation of a new ERP system, ensuring a seamless transition and maximizing its potential benefits. Business Partnership: Partner with operational teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making. The Successful Applicant Minimum Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 5+ years of experience in a senior finance role, preferably in the retail/FMCG industry Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modelling and reporting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Advanced knowledge of accounting principles and regulations Experience with ERP systems and implementation What’s On Offer You’ll be able to be working in a good working culture environment, driving contonuous growth, process improvement and driving strategic insights with the business for expansion.
