Integrated solutions include real-time advice and assistance, training, equipment, and professional services for crew and passengers both in and beyond the cabin.About the roleThe Financial Control Manager will oversee the financial control of all legal entities under their purview, ensuring the execution of management and statutory financial accounting, taxation, foreign exchange management, cash flow management, and regulatory compliance. This role involves maintaining strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with accounting standards and reporting requirements.Key responsibilities

  • Manage financial control for multiple legal entities, ensuring compliance with accounting and regulatory standards.
  • Prepare timely and accurate monthly management accounts and annual financial statements.
  • Oversee balance sheet reconciliations, regulatory returns, and corporate secretarial governance.
  • Support and ensure compliance in accounting functions performed by shared services.
  • Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and tax consultants.
  • Ensure proper treasury management and cash flow reporting.
  • Maintain transfer pricing documentation and manage foreign exchange exposure.
  • Provide financial analysis and planning support for Aviation International.
  • Supervise and develop the finance team.

About you

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in leading an accounting function within a complex organization.
  • Experience in a multinational company and fast-paced service environment.
  • Proven analytical ability to identify and deliver improvements in accounting processes.
  • Experience in foreign exchange and cash flow management.
  • Proficiency in Great Plains, Cognos, and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong capability to adapt to changes and lead improvements.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to lead and manage a team.
