  • Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree in any field
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Financial certifications (e.g., PCEIA, CEILI, TBE, CFP, RFP) are an added advantage

Responsibilities1. Client Consultation & Financial Needs Analysis

  • Conduct detailed financial assessments for clients to understand their goals, needs, and risk tolerance
  • Provide expert advice on suitable insurance products, retirement planning, wealth management, estate planning, and investment options
  • Develop customized financial plans that address the specific needs and aspirations of each client

2. Sales & Business Development

  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and prospecting
  • Conduct presentations and meetings with potential clients to discuss financial planning solutions
  • Drive sales and achieve personal and team targets
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients, ensuring regular follow-ups and timely closures

3. Client Relationship Management

  • Foster long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and trust
  • Provide ongoing support and advice to clients, especially during life changes (e.g., marriage, retirement, children, etc.)
  • Regularly review clients’ financial portfolios and adjust strategies as needed to keep them on track with their goals

4. Financial Product & Market Knowledge

  • Stay updated on the latest financial products, market trends, and regulatory changes
  • Continuously upgrade knowledge and certifications to provide clients with relevant and up-to-date financial solutions

5. Documentation & Administrative Duties

  • Complete and maintain accurate client records and documentation in compliance with industry regulations
  • Ensure all policies, contracts, and documentation are processed efficiently and accurately
  • Collaborate with internal teams to manage client queries, claims, and policy adjustments

6. Achieving Sales Targets & KPIs

  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the company
  • Actively monitor personal performance, ensuring consistent growth and achievement of business objectives

7. Collaboration & Team Support

  • Work closely with other team members and management to share best practices and achieve agency goals
  • Participate in team meetings, training, and development sessions to enhance individual and team performance
