Job description: About the Client
Our client is looking to source a Financial Business Partner, Financial Planning & Analysis, for a 4-Month Contract.About the Opportunity

• Financial Planning & Analysis (80%): Manage FP&A, revenue management, and financial reporting with a focus on accuracy, forecasting, and business performance analysis
• Planning & Forecasting: Oversee AOP (Annual Operating Plan), cash flow forecasting, long-range plans, and scenario modeling
• Integrated Forecast Model: Build and manage integrated financial forecast models; partner with business leaders to improve accuracy and transparency
• Metrics & Analytics: Develop and monitor operating metrics aligned with strategic priorities; analyze trends, track variances, propose action plans
• Competitive Analysis: Provide competitive analytics support, including pricing strategy and internal win/loss reviews
• Reporting (20%): Manage financial reports for monthly business reviews, annual planning, and executive presentations; handle ad hoc analysis requests
• Revenue Management: Oversee revenue accounting, controls, revenue recognition, trade accruals, and payments
• Process Improvement: Establish and improve accounting procedures, enhance reporting systems, and drive business efficiency
• Systems Proficiency: High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SAP BW, Qlik, Salesforce, and other reporting tools
• Qualifications: University Degree in Business/Accounting; CPA or equivalent designation preferred; pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
• Experience & Skills: 8+ years in FP&A/Finance; strong analytical, financial modeling, leadership, and communication skills; highly detail-oriented and hands-on

About You

• 5-8 years of FP&A experience
• Experience in financial reporting, full cycle accounting, month end close
• System Experience with SAP ECC or S4 Hana
• Team is fully English (French is not required)
• Experience in pharmaceutical industry
• CPA, MBA, or other designation is an asset but not required
