• Monitor and support month end close – propose journal entries, reconciliations and working with shared service providers
• Offer financial and commercial admin support to support two face-paced and growing business in the digital spaces
• Support annual and quarterly forecasting processes
• Monitor business key metrics to track business performance and help identify improvement opportunities
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and any related duties as assigned

Do you have experience in financial planning & analysis?

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Commerce or similar qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of relevant finance experience working in both a “Big 4” accounting firm and/or complex and fast paced commercial organizations, preferably within digital sectors
• Proficiency in English and Cantonese and/or Mandarin
• High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Good discernment, analytical skills and an inquisitive mind
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills and ability to engage, collaborate and influence collaborators
• Detailed-mindedness and have the ability to work under deadlines and multi-task
