Job description: Financial Analyst – Direct Hire
Location: San Dimas, CA (Hybrid)
Salary: $90,000 to $100,000We are currently seeking an experienced Financial Analyst for a direct hire opportunity based in San Dimas. This hybrid role requires a solid foundation in both finance and accounting, along with strong analytical and communication skills.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and post journal entries with a strong attention to detailLead annual capital and operational budgeting processesMaintain accuracy and integrity of budget data and financial recordsPerform monthly variance (flux) analysis between actual results and budgetAnalyze trends in return on equity and rate of return for both actuals and forecastsDevelop and maintain financial models and forecastsSupport financial analysis related to acquisitions and new business opportunitiesMaintain and update SOX documentation, ensuring compliance with internal controlsAssist with audits and general accounting functions as neededQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or EconomicsMinimum of 4 years of experience in financial analysisStrong understanding of financial statements and the ability to present key insightsAdvanced Excel skills (including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, SUMIF, INDEX, and complex formulas)Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Expected salary: $90000 – 100000 per year
