Candidate Requirements:

• Prior experience in finance, trading, or a related field is preferred
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, IMC) are an advantage but not mandatory
• Strong understanding of financial principles and market dynamics
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to developing a long-term career in financial services
