Job description: JOB OVERVIEWFinancial Analyst – Hybrid (Bonifacio Global City & Pasay, Mall of Asia, Philippines)About the RoleWe are seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and strategic Financial Analyst to support ownership and senior management across multiple subsidiaries in investments, financial planning, corporate accounting, and project finance. This is a hybrid role based in Bonifacio Global City (BGC) and Pasay (Mall of Asia area), with occasional on-site visits for project assessments and stakeholder meetings.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Modeling & Analysis:Develop and maintain financial models for investment strategies, project feasibility, budgeting, and forecasting.Conduct profitability analysis, variance reports, and scenario planning to optimize financial decision-making.Utilize Microsoft Excel for intermediate-level financial computations, including cash flow projections and cost analysis.Investment & Market Research:Analyze market trends, investment opportunities, and financial performance indicators.Provide data-driven recommendations on portfolio strategies and risk assessments.Accounting & Financial Planning:Support corporate accounting functions, including financial reporting, revenue projections, and expense analysis.Assist in preparing quarterly and annual financial statements in compliance with regulatory standards.Collaborate with finance teams to streamline accounting processes and improve FP&A workflows.Project Finance & Cost Review:Evaluate project financing structures, including debt financing, equity investments, and cost allocation.Conduct financial due diligence for bidding proposals and regulatory filings.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work with stakeholders, clients, prospects, and third-party vendors across industries including real estate, finance, construction, corporate legal, HR, healthcare, hospitality, nonprofit, and public-private partnerships in both U.S. and Philippine markets.Support financial structuring for investor decks, business proposals, and project bids.Technology & Tools:Utilize Microsoft Excel (Intermediate), Google Sheets, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle Financials, and other financial software.Work with G Suite, Microsoft Office, Zoom, Trello, LinkedIn, Microsoft Teams, and industry-specific platforms to manage financial reporting and communication.QualificationsEducation:Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.Experience:At least two years of full-time experience in financial analysis, investment strategy, or FP&A.Technical Skills:Strong expertise in financial modeling, investment analysis, corporate accounting, and project finance.Proficiency in Excel-based modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis.Language Skills:Strong English reading and writing skills; Tagalog speaking proficiency required.Nationality:Must be a Philippine national.Work Schedule:Hybrid work setup, with office presence in Bonifacio Global City (BGC) and Pasay (Mall of Asia area).Occasional site visits for project reviews and stakeholder meetings.Aligned with EST and PST time zones.Growth OpportunitiesThis is a full-time role with career advancement opportunities, including potential promotion to senior leadership and investment strategy.Salary: 28,000-32,000 PHP per month, commensurate with experience.SKILL REQUIREMENT
