Job description: We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong financial modeling, data analysis, and forecasting skills to support business decision-making and financial planning.Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial data, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide insights.

• Develop financial models, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.

• Prepare and present financial reports, variance analysis, and risk assessments.

• Assist in cost analysis, profitability analysis, and investment evaluations.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and risks.

• Work closely with accounting and finance teams to ensure financial accuracy.

• Monitor and analyze operational expenses to identify cost-saving opportunities.

• Support in the preparation of financial statements and management reports.

• Assist in business case development for new projects and initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and reporting standards.

RequirementsRequirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, or a similar role (UAE experience preferred).

• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, and financial reporting software (SAP, Oracle, etc.).

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.

• Ability to interpret complex financial data and present actionable insights.

• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

• Knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and financial regulations.

• CFA, CPA, or CMA certification is a plus.
