This role is crucial to our organization as it supports the financial administration and ensures the smooth processing of financial transactions. You will work alongside a team of experienced and junior professionals, gaining hands-on experience in financial operations and learning best practices within a structured environment.Key Responsibilities:

• Process invoices efficiently and accurately.
• Handle bank statements and prepare daily payment batches.
• Prepare and manage collection batches.
• Verify and check goods invoices.
• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
• Provide financial support and assist with reporting requirements.
• Address ad-hoc requests and queries from the controlling and commercial teams.

Qualifications

• Education: Recently completed a diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience: At least 2 years work experience in financial administration.
• Technical Skills:

• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to different financial systems.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Soft Skills:

• A proactive and structured approach to work.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
• A team player who is willing to support colleagues and contribute to the team’s success.
• Flexibility to handle ad-hoc financial queries and requests.
