The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising:Accounts Receivable (AR)Accounts Payable (AP)Payroll processes.Additionally, they will actively participate in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities to ensure accurate financial insights
are available for decision-making.ResponsibilitiesSupervise Financial Operations:Manage and supervise:Accounts Receivable processAccounts Payable processPayroll processEnsure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions.Budgeting and Forecasting:Preparation of budgets and forecasts.Monitor actual performance against budgeted figures and provide insights on variances.Cashflow Management:Monitor and manage the cashflowEnsuring optimal utilization of:Funds for daily operationsInvestmentsAnd other strategic initiatives.Financial Reporting:Prepare various financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely distribution of these reports to relevant stakeholders.Data Analysis:Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for cost savings.Provide recommendations based on data-driven insights.Trust Account Management:Oversee the management of trust accounts, ensuring compliance
